Located in the historic and vibrant Uptown / Stockade District, Assembly is poised to become a hub for entertainment and gathering in a city redefining itself as a premiere destination for arts and culture. With a capacity of up to 500 attendees, Assembly offers an intimate atmosphere with state-of-the-art first-class sound and lighting, showcasing a diversity of renowned national, international, and local talent. Acoustic design by John Storyk (WSDG) and system design by DNR Laboratories featuring a state-of-the-art d&b Audiotechnik Y-Series line array including V-GSUBs. Stage monitoring consists of d&b MAX2 wedges and C7 drum sub plus two 48 input dLive systems for FOH and monitors.

Impact Concerts LLC creates music and lifestyle events in the Hudson Valley / Catskill Mountains region of New York. These events showcase internationally-renowned music, art, food and beverages in an idyllic environment with great care and thought put into every show. Impact Concerts currently presents the summer concert series at Arrowood Farms (Woodsist Festival, July Jam, Felice County Fair) and Hutton Brickyards, and previously managed Levon Helm Studios. Impact Concerts was founded by Drew Frankel and Peter Himberger, who are also partners in Impact Artist Management, a specialized management firm focused on guiding the long-term careers of artists towards critical and commercial success.
